Application for recognition of foreign professional qualifications for the exercise of sporting professions in Italy pursuant to articles 16 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of November 9, 2007, and subsequent amendments and integrations:
- Application for recognition of the title of ski instructor - pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2007 implementing Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications.
- Application for recognition of professional qualifications obtained in non-EU countries – pursuant to Presidential Decree 394/99.

- From January 28 2021, on the online platform it is possible to submit the prior declaration for the temporary and occasional exercise of the profession of ski instructor, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2007 implementing Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications. The necessary documentation in PDF format can also be uploaded there. The applications have to be submitted exclusively through the online platform. Applications submitted by other means, including pec, will be considered inadmissible.
